Do you want to join Business and Public Sector? With salaries starting at £14,963 and increasing to £21,000 On assimilation of your 18 month apprenticeship programme .

You'll be answering calls or dealing online with business customers across the UK, helping them get their faults fixed, products installed or billing queries resolved. You'll be desk-based and given full training on how we talk to our customers and the systems we use to resolve customer issues. You'll be a good communicator and keen to learn how to use our systems to fix faults for our customers.

Entry requirements

For our advanced programmes you will need to have achieved or are predicted 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English Language and Maths.

Equivalent grades are accepted.

For Scottish applicants we will also accept Maths National 4 as a level C equivalent. Please ensure that you "click" to having achieved a Maths level C.

We only accept one application to our Apprentice Programme, so please only apply to your first choice. If you're interested in more than one of our roles you can state this on your application, we can then consider you for all of the vacancies you have selected.
